Personal Training for all ages and all fitness levels

Personal Training

Get into shape with one of the many Evolution Body Fitness training programs designed for your needs and to help you meet your objectives.

Based on your initial assesment, I carefully develop an appropriate dynamic training regime which will be constantly monitored, and changed if necessary, to ensure your progress towards your optimal fitness.

Nutrition advice and meal plans are also designed for your specific needs.

To maximise the effectiveness of your training, your eating and exercising must go hand in hand.

This is NOT A DIET, rather, what and when you eat should complement the training you do.
